Our Mission
"To provide safe, affordable, and dignified housing that empowers individuals to recover, stabilize, and thrive."
We pursue this mission through fully furnished, all-inclusive shared living homes in Houston designed for individuals in recovery and other at-need populations. Our substance-free homes are built around structure, accountability, and community, giving residents the stable foundation they need to focus on building a better life.

Our Story
Post Oak Haven began as a small affordable housing effort in California, focused on helping people find safe, stable homes in high-cost areas. Over time, our work expanded to Chicago, where we partnered on projects that brought quality, affordable housing to neighborhoods that needed it most.
Today, we are bringing that same commitment to Houston, TX. We work closely with a trusted network of government organizations and non-profits that serve people who need affordable housing and supportive services. As we listened to our partners and the communities they serve, one need kept coming up again and again: safe, structured, substance-free housing for people in recovery.
Post Oak Haven was created in direct response to that need. By combining our experience in affordable housing with strong community partnerships, we are establishing sober living homes that give residents a stable place to live while they focus on their recovery and long-term goals.
